Follow-up Toby (written by his foster mum)

Toby has been with our family just under a couple of months. I had owned three Danes in the past however, we had been without one for quite some time. I felt a terrible void not having one to love. We decided that the best thing for us to do would be to give a good home to a Dane who desperately needed it. Shortly after contacting AABGDR, Toby came into our life.

I have a new star shining in our home. He is such a sweet, fun, curious and gentle young boy. He loves the snow and playing outside with his new Dobie sister. Sometimes we can not get them to come in the house because they are having so much fun. I don’t think that he has ever seen grass. I can’t imagine how much fun he will have outside when Spring finally does arrive. Some of the happiest parts of my days are when I come home to my greeting from Toby with his big tail wagging. He always seems to be so happy to see me.

Thank you Lisa and Stephanie for bringing this sweet creature into our lives. All of us, especially the pups, are so lucky to have dedicated people like you, doing what you do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
